Cornelia Supera
? - ?
Based on the extant numismatic evidence, Cornelia was most likely the wife of Aemilian. However, it 's impossible to tell for sure as there is no surviving historical reference about her.
Over the last few years a half dozen or so Ants of Cornelia have shown up on the market typically realizing about $5,000 a piece so certainly this isn 't the type of coin you just bump into all the time.
Provincials are cheaper but no less rare and, being made of delicate copper-based alloys, usually in very poor states of preservation.
